Saracen Properties is a family owned property development business that was formed in 1993 by leading private developer, Luke Saraceni. Since inception the company has owned and developed a large number of retail, residential, industrial and commercial office projects, predominantly in Western Australia. Over the past 23 years, Saracen Properties has successfully initiated and completed projects valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
Saracen has forged strong, long term relationships with its tenants, customers and partners which include some of Australia's best and most well known businesses, some of whom have nominated Saracen as their preferred development partner in Western Australia.
Our approach to selecting projects is based around the quality of the property and the needs of our tenants and customers. We only develop property we want to own ourselves and on many occasions we keep what we develop. This ensures we are very selective in our approach and carefully consider all aspects before committing to a project. The success of our projects and the quality of the properties we have developed over the last 23 years is a by-product of this considered approach.
WHAT WE DO
Saracen Properties has the capacity and experience to undertake all aspects of the property development process, from site selection and acquisition to management of the construction and selling of the end product - as well as everything in between. In addition to developing property in our own right, we have also had a number of successful joint venture relationships with major institutions, private investors and other property developers. Our projects typically range in size from $10M - $550M.
